I do not mean to beat a dead horse, but the whole thing has made me curious. I am sure my imagination is far worse than the truth, so I'll speak for myself to say that a more detailed reason would be cool and welcomed.

It wasn't so much what he said, but the frequency with which he said it! For a couple of years Thai3 never missed an oportunity to pour scorn on Eden club and Marc, the owner. Whenever Eden was mentioned on the board, Thai3 could be relied on to wade in with a disparaging tirade, even on threads where it was not the subject of the thread. It was quite bizarre behavior really, boardering on the paranoid, still, he's repented now and I think his groveling apology deserves our respect even if it was a long time comming.

Eden Club is a place with some rules

like first timers all welcome the first time but only for one drink

then the second time , it is : services only

 

the guy coming for ladies is welcome to have drinks , before , during and after

 

refuse the second drink to a first timer

or

try to explain AGAIN the concept to a guy who comes the second time just for drinks

 

that's enough to get the guy leaving pissed off

 

his only way to get revenge is to write BS against the Club

hidden behind a keyboard it is so easy to be Superman

 

that was just an example

 

 

we do have rules,

a lot for the ladies

only 2 for the guys :

we are not a drinking bar

and please behave with the ladies

 

there is some places in Bangkok where if you spend a few thousand B. you can even pee on the counter without anybody saying something

 

not in Eden Club whatever the amount you may spend

 

we try to treat everybody equally

 

just play the game and the place is really enjoyable

 

My job is to run this place the best i can and i just do it

He also brought out the same story (outright blatant lie as he now admits) how, on more than one occasion, he was "short-timed" by the girls there. He claimed that he was rushed out the door after coming once and less than 45 minutes in the room. Nobody else ever came forward with the same complaints and the many happy Eden customers doubted his claims.
