Never been there but if it's anything like HCMC the girl scene is not as out in the open as LOS. Lots of touts about offerring girls for massage and BJ and some massage venues, bars and straight up knock shops. I guess just ask around when you get there. Sorry I can't be of anymore help. Still had mosquito nets above bed but did have a Russian window air conditioner. Walk up. Hotel looked exactly the same as the day the French left. Clean and helpful staff. In less than 5 minutes after entering hotel room, professional lady came a knocking on door. The rest . . . is history. I don't think you will have a problem. Just ask around when you get there.
