I remember that one started sometime earlier this year on Delphi as was being run by some guy called Arnie. You'll probably find the details at delphi FIC as thats where he was plugging the site. On to your questions.... K11 is strangely enough 11 kilometres from Pnomh Penh down a straight road. You can get there by moto for a dollar or get the air con public bus from near Central Market for 2500 riel. I don't recommend coming back by moto during late afternoon rush hour. Martinis is a 15 minute drive out of the city centre and as this is a late night club you'll have to get a cab or moto. The streets of PP are fairly dangerous late at night and guys going back and forth to martinis have been robbed at gunpoint. Many (including me) still make the journey though.
