Palatkik
Sorry for regurgitating old whine, but this weeks explanation in the Pattaya Mail had me choking on my Kaoh Tom in hysterics. http://www.pattayamail.com/current/news.shtml >Chamlong also said that foreign tourist fares are higher than normal fares because the value of the Thai baht and foreign currencies are different!! Bangkoktraveler
Sounds like a good answer! LOL I eat peanut butter therefore I should get a discount. Sometimes I do not wear underwear so that gives me another discount. More times then not, I shit my pants so that gives me a bigger discount. It is Saturday, which is another discont. I am wearing blue, a bigger discount. If I put all the discounts together, they should be owing me. Now how do you say that in Thai?
vegasdave49
Ok so what the hell is the "official" fair these days. I am talking about the basic jump on go a short distance down beach or second road ect. Also what is the fare to Jotiem. Has it gone up! I used to just pay 10 baht and never new if I was over or under paying, but this was a couple years ago.
ChristianTroy
what actually happens to be the problem?? the only rip off is at night on walking street when they try to get 150 and you are finally happy with 100 because you are already drunk! I was never asked for more than 10 baht (I usually give 20 since i never take coins in my pocket) If one would ask for 20 I would just walk away!
