gawguy
I just loaded my Thaisoft and another dictionary onto an XP system and when I try to type Thai words I get garbage characters, for example the "a" or "fahr fah" key produces an upside down question mark when I select Thai for the keyboard. However, I can type Thai in MS Word which automatically uses Tahoma font. I can switch back and forth from Thai to English, no problem. So...What's the solution??? Thanks, GG

Kite_Flyer
Gawguy and OH, I had the same problem with the ThaiSoftware So Sethaputra dictionary. I fixed it as follows - start --> Settings --> Control Panel Regional and Language Options Advanced tab locate the "Select a language to match the language version ..." text In the list below highlight Thai OK close open windows reboot The only potential downside to this I've seen is that Yahoo Messenger shows dates using the Thai year (e.g. 2549 rather than 2006) and offline Yahoo messages contain some embedded Thai characters Regards, KF
