limbo
That's on my list of things to eat! Apparently it's illegal and not at all that easy to find.
BKKanalist
I could not eat that after reading the description. Anyone here actually tasted it and survived?
soongmak
That's on my list of things to eat! To me it sounds like the perfect food for masochists: Risk of enteric myiasis: intestinal larval infection. Piophila casei larvae can pass through the stomach alive (human stomach acids do not usually kill them) and take up residency for some period of time in the intestines, where they can cause serious lesions as they attempt to bore through the intestinal walls. Symptoms include nausea, vomiting, pain in the abdomen, and bloody diarrhea. I think I'll pass. Cheers!

Flashermac
At least in Scrumpy the worms are dead! p.s. Agree with SD though. Might make a nice Isaan style pizza, topped with bloody lahp!
