Their first idea was to deliver it only to registered users of the beta 2 but they changed their mind. I second kamui's opinion; better wait for the RC1 as it will run much faster than the beta 2. Using a beta version won't bring any legal trouble, but you might have other problems anyway (with your and/or other software). And a question to the guys who tried Vista already.
