Fidel
When I was living in Laos I was introduced to this wonderful album by Jah Wobble... Bia Lao, Ganja and Lao Molam remixed sympathetically, a few light drum beats and basslines, but remaining true to the Molam roots. Everyone who loves Laos/Thailand and appreciates the culture must have this! Have a listen here.
bust
Bought it myself when it was first released. Very different to Rising above Bedlam. Your right great album. I forgot all about it. Thanks for the reminder.
Max
Thanks for that, man! While Jah Wobble was always a bit too "jah" for me, I didn't know he ventured into Lao music, too. Will check it out and have high hopes of finding something good!

MooNoi
That's very cool Fidel... Really different. I like the album he did with Brian Eno - I think it was called "Spinner".
