Adult Circumcision

Anyone done it as a grown up?

 

I was thinking about it, merely because:

 

1) I think a chopped nob looks better

 

2) I've read a lot about the fact this reduces the risk of penile cancer, HIV transmission etc.

 

Anyone here done it as an adult?

Is it done under local or general anaesthetic?

What's the pain factor like after the jobs done?

Is it a "day-surgery/outpatient" proceedure?

How long is the old fellah "out of action for" after the proceedure?

Cost in Bangkok?

My brother had it done when he was about 22... out of necessity. He was in a wheelchair for a while.

A number of years ago, a friend married a Jewish woman, converted and got his pencil sharpened.

As I recall, it was done under local aneasthetic and that he had several weeks of serious discomfort. I do remember him remarking that for the first week or so he voluntarily slept on the couch as erections were not a lot of fun.

 

He also allowed that sex felt very different but I don't remember if he said it was any better or worse.

I was circumsised when i was 17 by my GP.He used a local anaesthetic so i was fully awake.I vividly remember the non stop flow of warm blood running down my arse crack.The anaesthetic ran out as he was stitching me up.

I drove home an hour later.....I've had better experiences.

I once had a doctor tell me I needed to be circumcised...I told the doc, "...you first.."

 

Never had the procedure and not interested.
