back pain

Start doing Yoga or stretching. Works miracles.

 

An Indian friend of mine swears by it. He had cronic back pain and had attempted every known western treatment short of surgery before trying yoga, all to no avail.

 

Since he has been practcing yoga (going on 3 years) he has not had a single flare up.

 

Although it takes some getting used to, sleeping on a hard floor also helps.
