On the basis of authoritarian tendencies and questionable law making for qualifiying to the list, I would also include Kaiser Wilhelm II of Germany, Napoleon III of France, Catherine the Great of Russia, Fredrik the Great of Prussia and, for other reasons, my dictatorial wife (always on top). Recently President Vladimir Putin also included Georgia's (no, not the state with Atlanta) President Mikheil Saakashvili among the Hitlers, but I wouldn't be surprised if President Saakashvili on his side would short-list Putin himself, considering the acute conflict. How many of them do we have now? Oh, I forgot Adolf Hitler himself, but I understand that some radical beer bar heros here (I don't mean you, Flash) consider President Bush to be more Hitler than Hitler so this makes up for this omission.
