Palatkik
This web site mentioned by OP allows user to change personal details. I did this switching account from my Mrs name to mine. This is still not final though until you visit a DTAC shop and certify the change it seems.
mongatu
Well, unfortunately, I'm on my way out of the LOS for at least a couple of months so I used the site to switch to the "simple" 2 baht per minute plan which gives you 1 year of validity (cost 50 b to switch). And just before I return, I'll switch back to something better. I called the DTAC customer service and they told me my 2 baht/.25 plan was going to expire anyway on 1/31/07 and then, if I was still on that plan, they would automatically switch me into the 3 baht/.50 plan. So it seemed worth it to get the one year validity for only 50 b. cause although I think I'm returning in a couple of months, it could end up being longer than I think before I make it back. This way, I won't have to buy a new sim, or load up the old sim with a lot of money to extend validity, plus I'll still have my old number when I come back and I'll hit the ground with an active sim in hand. DTAC is pretty cool. Think I'll try them for GPRS/EDGE next time as well.
