YimSiam Posted November 25, 2006 Report Share Posted November 25, 2006 The only things I'v experienced while going to an atm is big smiles from the ladies I swear, I've actually seen ATMs tremble with excitement a few times when I've approaced, sometimes they just lose it and start spitting out money before I even put in my card! ATMs... convenient, sometimes much too convenient. There should be a breathalyzer test on those things, and an automatic shutoff on the ones on Sukhumvit, maybe four a.m. or so... At the very least, they should ask you to take another look at the girl (s) you're with and think about whether you're really sure you want another X thousand baht... On the other hand, it's nice to look at my bank statements after I've been in Thailand and be reminded of all my favorites locations... expensive reminders, though!
