thaihoteldiscounts
I need to come to a BKK party soon by car from Udon and plan to stay somewhere Ratchada Pisek (easy coming from Khorat) any comments on Emerald or Chaophya Park, the wo candidates hotels I selected, price range 1500-2000) Thanks Both are nice hotels. Emerald have 600 baht joiners in place and they enforce it as well. Chao Phya park is also charging 500 baht joiners, but guests sometimes get away with it. Up to security guards on duty. If you dont need a swimming pool. Palazzo Hotel 200 metres from The Emerald and totally guest friendly. Go for the New Wing rooms and they offer great value for money with some nice features in the rooms. Tim

thaihoteldiscounts
pretty old and worn down those 2 hotels! Palazzo have a New Wing just completed. Only been open 2 months. Suggest a look for those who would like to be in the heart of the soapies. Less than 5 mins walk to the underground station. Tim
