A true life 'Midnight Express' story following the experiences of Sandra Gregory, a young middle-class backpacker who was sentenced to life imprisonment in Thailand for smuggling 90 grams of heroin. After spending two years in Thailand, Sandra had fallen ill and could no longer work as an English teacher. A fellow Briton offered her 1,000 pounds to take a package of heroin to Japan for him.
