I actually pay for 1056/256"[/color] I just found that my router has a speed test (up and down) that produces the real value. I ran it and found out my internet provider was providing me with 1248/640 even though I was paying for 3072/640. I spoke to them about it and they corected the problem. Before they hung up, I ran the test again - 1536/640. I told them that wasn't very nice and to pease correct it to what it should be. They finally did correct so when I ran the test, it said 3072/640. Next, I asked for a partial refund. They claimed the problem was mine that I should have discovered it when it first happened.
