And I didn't want to be tethered. Having said that, I welcome the suggeston of Ethernet so let me rephrase the question. When comparing Wifi and Ethernet on the same device, either over a Accesspoint with Build in switch (mine) or direct to the same device , You will notice the latency is degraded and will be less voip friendly. Cable? I carry a 30ft long with me most of the times, can sit in the bed, at a table or wherever I like more or less.
