rookie Posted April 5, 2007 Report Share Posted April 5, 2007 I've been in a 2bdrm, 2bath condo (98sqM) for the last 4-years, in Pattaya. Each bdrm has A/C, but not in the living/kitchen areas. No roommates; 2nd bedroom for storage. I use floor fans in the living & one bedroom; but not the ceiling fans. In the hotter months, I often use the AC for 30-45 minutes before retiring, and the fan is on all night. I also do a fair amount of cooking (electric cooktop & microwave). I pay bills directly to the electric company, not a padded bill as many have when the rent from others. My total electric usage expenses for all of last year were 5365-Bt...or 477-Bt/mo.
