Steve Posted May 6, 2007 Author Report Share Posted May 6, 2007 I saw a news story on tv on the guy. Lots of backlash against him. I hope it continues. I would LOVE to see the NAACP support the Korean store owner and at least establish some goodwill. Even though I don't think (or rather hope) it isn't about race but a misuse of power and the law. The legal commentator said the cleaner may have a case for a counter lawsuit and she said the judge could rule it frivolous and provide a settlement that would reimburse the cleaner for legal expenses.
