Is there a shisha bar or hookah lounge in BKK?

There was a hookah bar in the arab section across the street from the Majestic suites in a little soi. Nothing real special, but a nice respite, warm tea and turkish tobbacco.

There is one on Soi 3 about 200 yds away from Sukumvit on the right hand side.

Many of them, in Soi 3/A and the subsois you should check upstairs from the restaurants, some nice places to lay down and smoke a shisha although I stopped going a while ago. The nicest might have been in the egyptian restaurant on the first , first soi right when going up suk 3.

Basically when you come out of Gullivers on soi 5 and then turn right as you walk out the door...I think if you walk towards the bottom of the street and take a left through to soi 3/1 and soi 3 there is a string of bars along hear that are kind of street bars. I see alot of people smoking them there. Some nice Arab food around here. I think thet street opposite Bamboo bar on soi 3 is the one I mean.

 

I remember smoking one late at an after hours rooftop establisment one night and someone I was with decided to put something a little bit stronger in it.

Many of the discos in Ratchada Soi 4 have them. I bought one recently in Dubei for $10, bargain!
