(You reading this Stick?) Actually the rumour is Alinghi's entire crew, support team etc are off to the the Oracle (US) syndicate next time. Serious dollars have been discussed. Any ways, whilst one is sad that Emirates Team NZ did not win the Auld Mug and return it to our temperate climes, I do have to point out that it was mainly a team of New Zealanders that won it this time round. In fact there were more Kiwis in the crews of the fleet than any other nationality.
