Also, some women at the Wat here make it, I'll check with them also. Give me a few days...I know beer making stores often sell kits for sake/rice wine...and rice beers... And remembered later that I had told myself not to post when I was. So sorry about the delayed deletion. You must me in Thailand now ? I would be surprised if it was your wat in Cali.
