Yes, that's true, but a women's vagina is filthy dirty in Buddhist culture, but that certainly doesn't stop Thais from receiving a type of massage from them! (Whether pointing with it is rude may be a moot point, although I suspect a kind of thrusting with the hips by a woman would be a fairly serious insult as well). I'm more concerned about the ability of the masseuse (masseur?) to show the gentle touch required for this, particularly at higher speeds...
