Kind of difficult for one man to do it. Particularly as it is getting more and more difficult to exercise democratic rights in the Western world with the passage of time.

 

The measures put in place to "protect us from the terrorists", are actually intended to protect the elite from us.

 

You can now be thrown in jail for protesting within a mile of Westminster without a permit. A PERMIT!?!?

 

The average Londoner is captured on CCTV 300 TIMES A DAY on average.

 

They have SHOUTING CAMERAS telling everyone to behave themselves.

 

I swear to God. You fall asleep in the UK and wake up in the East Germany.

hydration is important, not just after your workout but before & during the session as well.

don't forget electrolytes .. 'lite salt' is usually is a potassium - sodium blend

 

after your workout a high protein moderate carb drink (or meal, because whey is so expensive in los, 4-6 egg whites w/ a couple whole eggs) will help optimize metabolic benefit.

 

good luck with your exercise / health commitment.

 

IQ / problem solving improves during exercise.

you should also notice an attitude improvement due to the increased endorphins.

thanks, its worth the effort.

i'm drinking around 2 to 3 litres of water a day which covers i think pre and post exercise. a post run/gym fix is usually a glass of whey shake blended with a banana and sardines mashed and toasted on wholemeal bread or scrambled eggs on toast. but i always thought electrolytes were more from high endurence folks, high distance riders/runners??. whats your take on creatine, waste of money?

 

omg, lets get back on topic, ah yes the empire!!....i dont see sri lankans, indians, pakistanis, jamaicans etc etc bitch about our greatest export.....cricket :D more important than any ideology!! ....not that you being a yank (??) would have a clue!

i'm glad i can still eat my chip butties and fried egg sandwiches when ever i want.

i haven't weighed more that 9 1/2 stone for 20 Years....... :tophat:

 

i like chlosterol.......... :spin:

 

you know i'm going through a few problems and i have 3 rules i must adhere to.

 

1.no greens...... :banghead: i like Leeks/peas and sprouts.

 

2.2 units of Alcohol a Day.......... :cussing:

 

3.7,yes 7 Litres of water a Day....... :yikes:

have you any idea how many times i have to go to the loo each Day?.
