I pretty sure it is not held during the rainy season. If I am not mistaken it is held sometime after the start of the new year. By the way, a great place to take a lady, but not a good place to go a-huntin' for one. Yes, there are tables full of pooying, but they have little interest in farangs. Mioki, I go to the WTC at least once a week. I enjoy taking dates to the Major Cineplex theater and they have some good restaurants. As soon as I see the first balloon and beer booth go up I will give you a holler. Today's weather: sunny in the AM, dark clouds, but no rain (yet) in the afternoon.
