Guy Himmaparn
Over the years there have been a few dark beers available in Bangkok that were brewed in SE Asia... seems they only lasted on the market a short while as on each of my yearly visits I'd have to look for a new one as last year's product was nowhere to be found. Wasn't there one called "Tiger" a few years back?
The_Munchmaster
....Wasn't there one called "Tiger" a few years back? The Tiger I know is a Singaporean beer but it's not dark. Perhaps there is another of the same name.
Flashermac
I recall something called Black Tiger a few years ago. It was Thai made and quite drinkable, sort of like a Thai attempt to make an English ale. It didn't last long though - probably because the Thais didn't know what to make of it. ALHOLK
Wasn't there one called "Tiger" a few years back? I think it was Tiger black lager. It only existed for a couple of years. To bad really as it was quite good.

Guy Himmaparn
Yes, that's the one. I didn't realize it was made by San Miguel Thailand. I'm also a fan of their San Miguel Dark brew made in the Phillipines...
