Pangit
Pubs in Dubai will open about 7 pm each evening. There is no live music or discos but otherwise business as usual in the bars where the girls are.
PP
When I was there a few years ago the pubs in Dubai opened during Ramadan after the sunset prayer, but weren't allowed to sell alcohol. Same in Ajman and I believe it was the same in Abu Dhabi. The only place you could get a drink was Sharjah.
