wonderlust
I don't think standard travel insurance covers a courier cock-up before the flight has even left. It doesn't look hopeful. No one in the organisation knows what anyone else is doing. I called them this morning and they thought it still had to be collected even though we had already established yesterday that it had already been collected. Apparently no one gives a shit. They're a fucking disgrace.
junglesoup
Shitman, this must be so frustrating> i would lose it with them on the phone, and snap them into action. Threaten them with consumer care, radio, watchdog. Say you will go to them all. This tactic has worked with me before, demand to speak to a manager also. Record all your conversations. It might just spark someone into action. Goodluck. Keep us posted, excuse the punn.
wonderlust
I finally managed to speak to a helpful person and my passport has been found and will be delivered tomorrow morning. I just hope they can manage that without screwing it up.
