A few years back I bought some flowers in Vientiane for a darling little Lao girl I was living with for her 21st birthday. 3 dozen white and red long stemmed roses made up into a bouquet with ferns and tiny daisy sprays with lots of ribbon. 10 bucks Oz. Agree......the money spent, she should have got arse-lick'n service and delivery.....but she ain't obviously in it for the $$$$$$$.........wonder if the delivery guy got a tip?
