nkped Posted November 4, 2007 Report Share Posted November 4, 2007 I saw the beggars and tailor touts wearing gloves, winter hats, and heavy coats when the temp was 70 (20C). The owner of my favorite Thai restaurant in Anchorage went back once (to the North, I suspect) during the winter.
