Coss
Hi all, I'm planning a Xmas trip with wife and daughter, and think that this hotel, Twin Towers , may be just the ticket. If any one has stayed there or has an opinion I'd be grateful for it. Cheers Coss
MooNoi
Hi Coss, I stayed there once years ago, just for one night. It was okay, but there's definitely better around. Maybe have changed in the last 10 years... then again, maybe not.. TIT. Strange location though, near the railway station. Handy for Chinatown and an early morning train departure. You can read about it Here - Twin Towers Reviews If they are there for sightseeing and want to do Grand Palace / Wat Po / Stuff on the river, I recommend the Viengtai Hotel They quite often offer discounts on their published rates in the low season, and the pool area is nice there, and great after a day's sightseeing in the sun. PT me if you want any more details.
Coss
It would seem to be a 10~15 minute walk to MBK and or Siam ? Cheers Coss
MooNoi
Twin Towers I assume you mean.. I would say 20 mins. But who wants to walk 20 mins in the heat and pollution?
Coss
But who wants to walk 20 mins in the heat and pollution? Ahh, not me, just trying to get an idea of how far. 2 blocks or so walking is good for me. Cheers Coss
