Mentors Posted February 26, 2008 Author Report Share Posted February 26, 2008 ok, after a month the end of the Samak Government has started today Election Commission (EC) on Tuesday found House Speaker Yongyuth Tiyapairat guilty of electoral fraud charge in the Dec 23 general election. The five-member panel voted 3-2 to red-card him, according to Election Commissioner Somchai Juengprasert. "The majority voters decided to forward the case to the Supreme Court," he said.
