beer bar hammer game

We had a great time playing that game the beer bars on Bangla road had where you hammer nails into a stump with the chisel end of the hammer... great drinking game. a few questions:

 

1. What is the name of the game?

2. Is it just a Patong thing, or are there other areas that this game is popular?

I saw that as well when I was there; have never seen it anywhere else in BKK or PTY

I played that game in Pattay in Feb at a Beer Bar. Forget the name of the bar, but it's on WS, it's on the little side street that the Ice Bar is on, at the end on the right. They also have the LARGEST EFFING jenga set I've ever seen. It's 2 meters high.

in the past i played that game with friends at parties, don't know the name even in Swiss-German not.

Very common game in German pubs (ie in Germany). Think it may have originated there.

I played it when in Patong. Great fun until the girl you are playing with gets drunk and jealous, then the fucking hammer becomes a deadly weapon. I've never seen the game played elsewhere in Thailand.

I've only seen it in Patong bars - but a great cheap game.
