The whole war is pretty much 90% not much going on and 10% pure terror. The thing is you have no idea when the 10% is going to hit. Sounds like Vietnam. Probably like every war. If as they claim the US are "Rebuilding Iraq" you would think there was plenty to do and no reason for marines or other personel to be sitting around with idle time on their hands.
