steffi
So I want to buy a double bed. Probably queen size. Where's the best place to look without paying World Trade Center prices?

Lamock Chokaprret
MBK also has a home sale in progress until 17 Dec so you might find a deal on your mattress there. But the stuff I looked at all seemed more expensive than it should be. You might try some of the stores out at Seacon Center.
gummigut
There is a home sale on Rama 4. Between Soi 26 and 36. The same side as the Tesco Lotus. The side farthest from Sukhumvit. It is a relatively large building with a large parking lot. Signs and flags saying Home Sale in English and Thai, can't miss it. Lots of mattresses, different types of beds, chairs, sofas. No bean bags though. Varying quality. Didn't see any real leather. <<burp>>
