"God wanted us to be here." Melbourne is expecting 21,000 pilgrims to visit from 74 countries either before or after World Youth Day, Wollongong is expecting 2000 from 20 countries. The pitch to Sydney for the 2000 Olympics was to build a world class venue to accommodate such events of this side. Organisers claimed the public transport was inadequate. WTF....handled the Olympics but couldn't handle the pilgrims.
