sayjann
Wow, thats an amazing way to build a good team. (Not!) actually it's a system which works well. because the Reservists are all fully trained medics it is easier to send them to a war zone then the Military. the reservists normally work for our Health Service anyway so cannot be away for too long. but as the Military are Military they can and are sent all over the World to work. but they do an able job covering for the reservists. but i do worry when good friends have to leave and go to a war-zone. i always wonder if i will ever see them again, you never know what might happen. i'm very close to a young Nurse who is going to Iraq for 6 Months in Sept. i will think of her often and hope she returns safely next Year........
