In other words the Thai Crown Property's Bureau is open. The others hide their wealth, so how accurate can this survey be?

In other words, the Grand Palace, Chitlada Palace, assorted other smaller palaces etc. Theoretically, even Dusit Zoo is royal property.

That was the last line of the article so, in layman's terms......I think they're guessing.
