YimSiam Posted November 1, 2008 Report Share Posted November 1, 2008 Hard Rock definitely overpriced for the tiny rooms, even moving up to the better rooms you're still stuck in a little box. Mercure Pattaya is to my mind also way overpriced - let the Korean tour groups have it! Just your usual Thai concrete block apartment rooms in a row, tarted up a bit.
