PhilAnders
what would be the best source, either natural or synthetic, for a source of trace mineral / electrolytes? are there any good 'brands' of such products? where are they available for purchase in LOS? i am aware of traceminerals.com and have used their Electrolyte stamina power pak. i am actually more interested in learning which regular fruits or vegetables have such things in them naturally, ignorant sod that I am. i am, at least, aware of the benefits of bananas. SiLeakHunt
go to the pharmacy and ask for electrolyte, there's ones like Royal D and Dchamp. they're the powdered ones. Great after a bit too much booze. Not sure on the natural ones though. Cheers

Cheers cheers, mate. i appreciate the names of the products. something tells me that little 10 baht bottle of yellow piss sold as "electrolyte" at the mini-mart isn't the best option! by natural, i mean, what foods or fruits contain the same benefits. one of my mates was talking about 'trace' elements which make all of the difference in one's long-term health and short-term well-being, though he didn't really have any knowledge of such.
