Would they use heating in summer in the north? With current temps down to around 15deg at night in bangkok area (up north in the burbs) I haven't even used fans or ac for a while & even need to keep windows closed & snuggle up too of course Anyways I must say I kinda miss the heat already as I've never experienced LOS this cool Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Faustian Posted January 15, 2009 Report Share Posted January 15, 2009 I use aircon to maintain my ideal temperature (24 C) and to reduce humidity....also if I open my windows the noise of the nearby roads would wake me constantly...and the pollution would shorten my lifespan...central Bangkok's air is delightful. It is almost too cool for me at night. The warm sunshine in the day is delightful though. Mr weather did predict cool weather, but maybe not as cool as it has gotten. We had 3 or 4 weeks late last year, and now we've had another 10 days or so. Global warming must be drawing all the heat away from SE Asia. The dominant high pressure extending from Wuhan in China to KL in Malaysia isn't showing signs of collapse so I don't know where this bubble of warm air has come from. The sweat is back on.
