I knew that new shopping mall would kill Pattaya. Unless ownership has changed since about one year ago, the guy is Canadian, rather than American. Decent dude in my opinion. Although I haven't frequented the place, met him one afternoon drinking beer in bar right across the street from Hell Club. Every time customer showed up, he would dash across to show them in, then back in a few to resume the beers. Must have put away 8 or 10 in couple of hours I was there.
