(mother owns a small farm, both brothers are factory workers -> the family worked hard to send the two daughters to university...) Mother's reason: Was pro reds but seeing they killed normal town folks made her puke it seems... (she is very Buddhist, murders revulse her) Brothers: As they work in a factory producing equipments for the hospitality industry -> some workers have been laid down already -> boss already told them the orders were down further... They know how to add 1+1 -> reds in pattaya -> less tourists -> reds in BKK -> less tourists -> hotels order less equipment -> jobless Even normak Thai workers are not stupid (especially when their sisters explain them how the economy works) I do hope like you flashermac that the normal Thais realize that the recent protests (like the PAD ones) only hurt the country and the normal people....
