Flashermac
Somehow I have managed to get my LG L1734S LCD Monitor stuck in the OSD LOCKED mode. I don't know how I did it, nor can I find the manual to look it up. Anyone got any ideas? It has always been a pain to adjust anyway. Googling for the monitor just brings it up for sale on line in countries like South Africa, Poland and similar backwards places. No wonder I found it in Bangkok. carlton68
Flash, there's a user manual You may choose the PDF in english I guess. Page A15: Do you see â??OSD LOCKEDâ? when you push MENU button? You can secure the current control settings, so that they cannot be inadvertently changed. You can unlock the OSD controls at any time by pushing the MENU button for several seconds: the message â??OSD UNLOCKEDâ? will appear.
Flashermac
Thanks. I tried LG's site in China and didn't find much of anything. I got the lock undood - even managed to reduce the brightness somewhat. It is still a very awkward system of controls. Whatever happened to turning dials?
