Santiago
Is the Novotel Siam Square guest friendly?? Novotel Siam Square is guest-friendly. Never ever had a problem there. How could it not be guest-friendly with CM2 in its basement ? Is Regency Park still operative BTW ? ... it doesn't appear no more on the Accor site. So why would Tim, the man in the know, say this: Afraid not, One of the most non guest friendly hotels in Thailand. Tim
Santiago
So why would Tim, the man in the know, say this: Afraid not How do the fuck I know why your Thai360 "in the know" hotel specialist icon says this ? I can only say that I've stayed maybe a dozen times in Novotel Siam Square and I've never had a problem to bring back up in my room hoes from CM2. Take this as you want to. Not that I care a lot anyway.
Damen
By the tone of your reply and your incorrect qoute it appears that you misread Moo Noi's response. He wasn't telling you "afraid not". He was quoting Tim's original response, which was: "Afraid not, One of the most non guest friendly hotels in Thailand."
koow
His response was appropriate and correct, due to what moonoi IMPLIED. p.s. I love it: your "incorrect......".
Santiago
Commonly called MOTEL 6 in the states. Motel 6 is a very small and very unrepresentative branch of the french group (and european leader) Accor, which has more than 4,000 hotels worldwide, starting from the most luxurious (Sofitel, Club Med, Novotel, etc) to the most economic (Ibis, All Seasons, etc). USVirgin
Yet Novotel on 33 is guest friendly per some friends who always stay there... They weren't to me several years ago, despite positive reports from friends, so I guess it's a case of ymmv. Crap hotel anyway, speaking of the rooms. Much better value can be found nearby. Since the location is between Christies and Dali, I was only trying to take less taxis and reduce my carbon footprint by staying there, but it didn't work out. I'd go so far as to call the Novotel 33 anti-green.
Encore
Ibis Soi 4 is an Accor hotel, currently very cheap on 'latestays' I can confirm it is GF. They do take the ID card of the guest, and when she leaves, phone for a confirmation all is OK. Tripreport may be following.
