Remember my past post along these lines? I have never had a women take a dump in front of me, but sure have had my fair share urinate in front of me. I think most women would just ask you to leave the room or use the general hotel bathroom if they had to take a dump. My one buddy told me his dad said, "When you see your wife take a dump, you know the honeymoon is over." LOL. I encountered one at the Le Meridien in Shanghai a couple years ago but the glass was frosted from what I remember. The clear glass would be a bit weird.
