cavanami Posted August 7, 2009 Report Share Posted August 7, 2009 In the USA, there are many areas (San Fran, LA, NY, etc) where the average person cannot afford to buy. OK, there are plenty of areas where the average people can afford to buy, as long as they have jobs! No job, not buying much and certainly not cars, houses or property.
