phoenix Posted April 13, 2002 Report Share Posted April 13, 2002 Avoid the entrance to nanaplaza. Unfortunately, that's the only way to get in. But I noticed the main culprits are Falang. the locals play a bit with small waterguns, but only a little squirt. It's the falang that get out of control. You smile at them and they shout in glee and get you.
