whcouncill
Is it hard to avoid pork laced dishes in Bangkok? Especially with Thai food? Thanks for any comments.

chuckwoww
Moo is the word you need. 'Mai chorp moo' means I don't like pork.

chuckwoww
Well there you go. Look carefully at your bottled water. If you see a pig's trotter in the bottom ask for another one. To be really safe ask a Thai policeman to do an analysis.
Coss
They'll often sprinkle shredded pork on top of noodle dishes etc another thing to say is "Mai ow Moo" meaning I don't want Pork.

I didn't want to take it any further as he was looking at me funny.
chuckwoww
You did the right thing. It's time the TAT issued the police with some kind of pocket analyser. Or perhaps a handy non-intrusive scanner.
TroyinEwa/Perv
I didn't wanna say anything before, but I've invented the moo nam indicator. It's almost ready to be manufactured and I hope it will be on shelves before the new year.
