shygye
Over to you ... _ One night while I was visiting Bangkok in October, my friend and I found ourselves on Patpong. We saw all these women standing outside, but couldn't understand why none tried to get us inside. An individual (Thai) told us only Japanese are allowed in the bars. What gives? B.T.: You weren't on Patpong but Thaniya, a few roads down. Known as "Little Ginza," not only foreigners but locals aren't permitted into the Japanese-run bars there catering to Japanese. "TIT" (This Is Thailand).
